Security
We monitor the temperatures in refrigerators and warehouse refrigerated areas in real time and are constantly aware of their operation. In this way, we make sure that all of the perishable products we trade are stored at the temperatures recommended by their manufacturers.
- there are high-capacity generators installed in all of the Group company warehouse facilities which are automatically activated in the event of a disruption in power supply, thus ensuring the continuous, uninterrupted operation of our refrigerators
- modern call centre (integrated) - microwave antennae
We have installed state-of-the-art integrated call centres (Cisco) at all of the Group companies, taking full advantage of the networking and communications infrastructure in which we have invested (optical fibres, microwave links) in order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of our ordering centres. Even in the event of malfunction, calls are automatically routed to other channels of communication (mobile phones, change of local number and others).
- high-resolution cameras have been installed at all of the Group warehouses to monitor critical order picking stages to enable timely identification of errors when filling orders
- access control systems are in use at all Group companies so that only authorised personnel have access to medicinal product storage areas (company entrance-office doors-outside door)
