WITHDRAWAL / RETURN-REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS

In all of the foregoing cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition in which they were received by the customer, intact and without wear and tear, and the packaging must be the same that normally accompanies the product and in excellent condition, along with all of the documents accompanying the product (e.g. dispatch note-invoice, invoice and so on). In all events, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:
  • communication on the same day or the following business day with the invoicing company;
  • the product has not been used;
  • the product is accompanied by all required documents attesting to the transaction (e.g. dispatch note-invoice, invoice and so on).
  • In the event the products are not returned within twenty (20) days, can refuse to accept the return or to replace the product.

 

 

ORDER DELAYS

 

  • Your order may be delayed for the following reasons: 

 

a) in periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in the event of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order;

 

b) in the event that telephone and/or e-mail communication is not possible (with regard to problems with your order related to either the product or to payment) because, for example, the information you have entered has not been properly updated;

 

c) in the event there is not enough stock of a particular code or codes at the geographically designated invoicing company.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the provisions of Greek law, the directives and regulations of EU law and applicable international provisions. The Athens courts shall have jurisdiction for resolving any potential disputes.
